The two unique features that Ocean Craft Marine offers on its support boats are the choice of a Flat foam push bow and a Pull bow post.
- The flat foam bow is designed on the concept of a tugboat – but for private yachts instead of large ships – to assist them in mooring. The extra foam padding on the front of the boat’s bow allows it to assist the larger vessel, without damaging it in any way.
- A Pull Bow post is a tow post that is placed at the bow rather than at the back of the boat. This positioning allows the boat being towed to be steered even as it is being pulled into position. This results in easier movement.

Both the Sail and Marina support boats are typically designed with inflatable or foam-filled, prominent fendering. However, the option of a flat foam bow, to assist with mooring, is an option that is unique to Ocean Craft Marine . One can also add varied towing options, firefighting monitors and pumps and more. Marina Operators Boats can also be built with a rubber protected deck for carrying chains and heavy equipment.
